"Ra ra ra wat is dat?" is the question we ask each other here in Suriname, when we want others to guess what something is and that's precisely what I'm asking you to do. Now don't fret, I'll give the answer away if you can keep a secret ๐Ÿ™ƒ. Of course, at first glance we see earrings, studs and some of my pins organized in a plastic container. Or is it?

Before I get into it, I'll have to start from the beginning. Since we've been living here, I didn't have a system for my accessories and kept most of my stuff in plastic bags, while I watched enough video "tutorials" about organizing these items. I've thought about buying those organizing containers in stores or online. There was even the idea online to use pill boxes instead, especially for people who already have those at home.

Mind you, I didn't have either and saw both organizing boxes in stores. I kept stalling to buy either one, because I was still contemplating if it was worth the price. And then one day, when I had taken the last tube of toothpaste out of the plastic packaging, the container that held them together fell out of my hand. It was like a lightbulb moment. I took the container, placed my accessories in it and was satisfied with the outcome.

Would you have ever guessed that it was a toothpaste tube container? This made me realize that we don't always have to throw stuff out if we use some imagination ๐Ÿค“.
