How can we stay on an IRIE vibration in our daily lives with so much chaos going on in the world and the busy pace of life?

I tried to do affirmations and/or gratitude mindfulness every morning after I wake up, but now I'm trying gospel and/or reggae music in the morning to jump start on a positive vibration. It doesn't always work, but I'm trying to make it into a habit.

Nice selection of songs and especially liking Queen from Nadine! It's nice to see her still bringing out music and what a powerful song. The videoclip is also a pleasure to the eyes.
