I think the creativity is embedded in the culture. I don’t plan to do certain things but you know, it encourages me to try my hands at a few occasionally.

Hahaha, definitely the culture over there and it's nice to be motivated and inspired. It's like with the "soccer mom" culture in the USA: it's for the kids.
