Hello dear hives and friends of #lifestyle, I'm with you for another day to continue telling you about my experience at the Guaiquerí games invitation to which I was invited a few days ago.
In my previous post I told you how this event started, with the coronation of the Guaiquerí princess, who is in charge of the awarding of the games.
After this beautiful coronation, the games were announced. These games were of different disciplines: bow and arrow, javelin, blowgun, rope game, log race and swimming.

En mi publicación anterior les comenté cómo fue iniciado este acto, con la coronación de la princesa Guaiquerí, quien es la encargada de la premiación de los juegos.
Después de esta hermosa coronación, se anunciaron los juegos. Estos juegos eran de diferentes disciplinas: arco y flecha, jabalina, cerbatana, juego de la soga, carrera con troncos y natación.
The best thing about this sporting event is that anyone could participate. It was a healthy invitation to enjoy ancestral games with a very enthusiastic dynamic and vibrant energy. Several people signed up, including my son, who likes to be in everything. You could sign up for all the games if you wanted to; in that they had no limit, only women and men's competitions to equalize forces.
Lo mejor de este evento deportivo es que podía participar cualquiera. Era una saludable invitación a disfrutar de juegos ancestrales con una dinámica muy entusiasta y vibrante de energía. Se apuntaron varias personas, entre ellas mi hijo, que le gusta estar en todo. Te podías anotar en todos los juegos si querías; en eso no tenían ningún límite, solo competencias de mujeres y de hombres para igualar las fuerzas.
After finishing the competitions, they did the award ceremony, which I liked very much, since both the princess and the mother (the most adult Guaiquerí) were the ones who placed the medals.
Después de terminar las competencias, hicieron el acto de premiación que me gustó mucho, ya que tanto la princesa como la madre (la Guaiquerí más adulta) fueron las que hicieron la colocación de las medallas.
On another occasion, the baron of the Guaiquerí also participated, but only if there was a special mention to be made or if mother or the princess asked him for the right to place the medal.
En otra ocasión, el barón de los Guaiquerí también participó, pero solo si había que hacer alguna mención especial o si madre o la princesa le pedían el derecho de colocar la medalla.
After the medal was awarded, the winners stood next to the princess and the mother to be applauded and congratulated. These games were very exciting and so was the medal presentation.
Después de colocarles la medalla, los ganadores se paraban al lado de la princesa y de la madre para ser aplaudidos y felicitados. Estos juegos fueron muy emocionantes y la entrega de medallas también.
Among the players there was a girl who is preparing for the youth games in several of the disciplines, and I tell you, she is very good. I saw her compete and run with a log on her shoulder like it was nothing; she is a very strong athlete and the pride of the Rincones family.
Entre los jugadores había una muchacha que se está preparando para los juegos juveniles en varias de las disciplinas, y les digo, es muy buena. Yo la vi competir y correr con un tronco en su hombro como si nada; es una atleta muy fuerte y el orgullo de los apellidos Rincones.
After finishing the competition, they went to enjoy the fair and the variety of products they made.
It was a very interesting day where everyone's good energy overflowed. A beautiful experience. In addition, I would like to highlight that the organization of the event was impeccable. From the welcome to the farewell, everything was very well coordinated. Participants and spectators enjoyed a day full of activities and great emotions.
I had the opportunity to talk with some of the participants. Almost all of them agreed that this kind of events are very important to keep traditions alive and encourage a healthy coexistence among all. The positive energy and enthusiasm of all those present made this day an unforgettable experience that I could not fail to share with all of you.

Después de terminar la competencia, pasaron a disfrutar de la feria y la variedad de productos que elaboraron.
Fue un día muy interesante donde se desbordaba la buena energía de cada quien. Una bella experiencia. Además, me gustaría destacar que la organización del evento fue impecable. Desde la bienvenida hasta la despedida, todo estuvo muy bien coordinado. Los participantes y espectadores disfrutaron de una jornada llena de actividades y grandes emociones.
Tuve la oportunidad de conversar con algunos de los participantes. Casi todos coincidieron en que este tipo de eventos son muy importantes para mantener vivas las tradiciones y fomentar una sana convivencia entre todos. La energía positiva y el entusiasmo de todos los presentes hicieron de este día una experiencia inolvidable que no podía dejar de compartir con todos ustedes.
