Ok so I just actually watched your entire video and I can't believe they haven't taught you this in the course: If you want more views you have to tell the algorithm that your videos need to be suggested next to bigger channels. You do that by doing reaction videos. So, for example, I just typed in 'sobriety' into the Youtube search bar and there are tons of videos with 100k+ of views. One example is a video with Russel Brand called 'DO THIS To Destroy Your Addictions TODAY! | Russell Brand'. So what you would do is you react to this video, link to the original video in the description of your video and use the relevant tags. Then you get your mates to watch the video and comment something long on it. Then you reply to those comments. If you repeat that once a week I can almost guarantee your channel will grow to at least 10k subs in no time.
