When you live in the south, and the weather gives you warm winter with +10C, you have no chance to meet snowy New Year. But you have a chance to create it by yourself!;)
My son was waiting for snow for some weeks, because snowball games and snowmen making are a favourite winter game for many kids.
But this year our winter is more likre a spring or a fall, so snowmen are cancelled for now:))
But we decided to create our small snowy winter in handmade art.
Look what we've made!
We need:
- fir cones
- modelling clay
- paints
- a lace
and 30-40 min of time
At first we painted fir cones. They will be transformed into...pinguines!:)
using modelling clay we made other parts for them
a lace became our scarf:)
another fir cone was painted into green and white imitating a tree and snow
some modelling clay for toys
and here we've got our winter scene;)
