A new loud case has recently happened in Moscow. Actualy, there are hundreds of examples, but this very case has made all of them loud as well.
A 13-year old teenager got a bad mark at school, missed many lessons and not to be punished by parents decided to inform police about problems with parents....
The beginning of the story is shocking.
A boy himself decided to call police! of course, he had no reasons to do it, but he did it.
CPS and juvenile justice propaganda gives its benefits and results....
Some years ago this story couldn't happen, but now more and more kids are brainwashed enough to call police with complaints for their parents. Shock!!
The further events shocked even that boy..
His call was the reason to include the family into the System of CPS (Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Moscow), and it was enough to start the hell for this family.
The boy was taken away to the Family Center and stayed there for more than a week! They had no reasons and rights to do it, but they acted under the CPS and police protection, and it's extremely hard to break this wall.
But the law still protects the families if they use it!
In a week the mother succeed, and the boy came back to home. He realized what he had done, he said "sorry" to parents many times, he explained to police he had no complaints for his parents, and it was just a bad joke, but....the System was turned On...
6 months passed. The boy is at home. They have fine relationships, but this Family Center didn't leave their life!
They MADE the family to agree to use their services. They explained it like their rights and benefits, but in fact, it means cruel intervention into their private life.
They made the family to open the door when they came and investigated their house, living conditions, food they had in the fridge...
They made the mother to sign an application for being under the "protection" of the Center.
And when she rejected, they started to threaten her by possible problems with CPS and police.
They called, sent her messages, wrote letters.... It was real chasing!
So what is this Family center??
The truth is very simple.
This is a legal entity, a state budgetary institution, the main budget of which is formed from work on a state assignment - the provision of various social services to the population.
According to the official report as of January 1, 2023, the balance
is more than 180 million rubles.
The family center draws up a plan for the current year, which specifies the number of citizens to whom it will provide social services.
It is more than 6,000 people for this very center.
What does it mean?
They will do anything to get this very number of families in their lists, otherwise, they won't get this financing.
This example is very indicative and sheds light on how the system of providing "social services" and "support" of families for the state budget is arranged. Instead of real help and improvement of the state of affairs in families, “family centers” are chasing clients to justify the state order. At the same time, parents and families suffer from their actions, which are very similar to misleading and blackmailing.
