A very easy and fast way to make a picture even for those kids who can't draw at all!
Do your kids like painting? My boy - no, but it's not because it's not interesting for him, there is another reason.
He can't do it:) And when he can't do anything, he doesn't want to do it:)
But painting is great fun and it's so useful for motor skills,brain work and imagination.
So I try to make painting easy and unusual for him. There are many techniques when we don't need any specific knowledge or skills, but we still can paint.
Now I'll show you our new experiment - SHADOW PAINTING.
This technique is rather unusual, so my son liked it at once;)
And he liked he can get result similar to original very fast.
All we need is:
original item that will be painted +
light source to make a shadow +
a pencil +
some paper
So we just take our toy (animal, or whatever), and put it in front of the light source, making shadow fall on the paper. That's it!;)
Now we need just to take a pencil and draw a silhouette, and then we turn off the light and add all necessary features and details to our picture.
It's reallty easy and funny for kids! And even for me;) because I'm far from painting as well;))

one more cool feauture is that we can change the size of our picture just changing the distance and place of the light;)
