Learning to draw trees

Hello everyone! I hope you are doing well!!
The next step I did was draw the trees. At the online drawing master class, together with the artist, we drew a tree on a rock.

First we painted the background: the sky and the moon, and then the rock.

It turned out beautiful, but my moon is more like a scrambled egg 😂 I like how the rock turned out and the shadows on the rock.

My tree is more like a horned snail 😂🙈 I still can't draw trees so that these look like trees 🙈Therefore, I decided to practice drawing a tree. I found a lesson on Instagram where a girl artist painted a tree with watercolors. I paint with acrylics, not watercolors, but I wanted to see the principle of painting trees.

First we painted the sky with clouds in the background. The clouds turned out very well, but in the end I almost completely covered them with the crown of the tree. I think that the houses in the background should have been made less contrasting, more blurry. The barrel turned out a little better.

But I still have a lot of empty space in the foreground. Therefore, I decided to draw a metal fence in the foreground.

I also had an idea to draw a shadow from a tree, but I did not do it very well.

I was not very upset about this, because I already gradually have experience in drawing various objects. I am sure that if I practice drawing more and more, I will get better and better! 😃
