For some time I did not draw because of the cold temperature in the apartment. Now it's warmer here and I can draw again. This time I joined a master class on drawing Africa.
I don't really like this picture but I decided to draw anyway to hone my drawing skills. As usual, we started from the background.
Our task was to draw an African landscape with a tree and elephants: one large, the other small.
Then we moved on to drawing the tree. Trees are bad for me, so I decided to look for a picture with a tree to draw it more correctly. I found something that suited me and began to draw.
This time the tree came out fine and now we move on to drawing the elephants. And then for some reason I decided to draw an ostrich instead of elephants. I do not know why. Not an elephant, not a giraffe, but an ostrich. Although I can not say that I am a big fan of these animals 馃榿
Before, I never tried to draw ostriches, so again I found a picture on the Internet with an ostrich.
My ostrich looked more like a dinosaur. 馃榿 To switch things up a bit, I started painting the tree with black acrylic paint.
For some reason my tree didn't have enough space on the sheet of paper. 馃榿馃榿馃榿
I was very pleased with how I managed to draw a tree. And again I took up the ostrich. And here is my result!
I'm glad that my ostrich in the end still looks like an ostrich. 馃槃 Of course, this is far from a masterpiece, 馃榾 but my goal was not to draw masterpieces. This is just a small drawing lesson and I think that for a beginner in drawing, I did it quite well! 馃榾
