They changed the upvote protocol a few months back. In a nutshell, your HP is worth less of an upvote but your voting mana doesn't impact the value of your upvote i.e. you can give more 100% upvotes per day albeit at a lower amount.

With the price of Hive low at the moment you'd probably need about 4k HP to hit the $0.01 mark
