Gigabyte produced some cards which were meant just for mining. But thanks to the latest… ehm… price drop they are a nice paperweight.
LinusTechTips though found a chinese seller which is pushing out modified versions.
The price seems to be finally low enough that this is happening. This could mean that the reduced mining power could lead to a lower difficult which makes smaller mining operations maybe profitable again, which repeats the whole cycle.
Kinda interested when it goes the whole way around.
