I'm a big fan of stoicism. I believe it is a good antidote to the modern world of excessiveness that we live in. Many people lack discipline nowadays doing things that are neither good for them now or later. Instant gratification is embedded in almost every aspect of society. We must cultivate stoicism to live a life of equilibrium in which the inside and the outside are aligned and serving a our purpose.
