My Comfy and stylish dress

Is there a greater pleasure that a comfy and stylish dress?

Sophistication, elegance and comfort don’t always go hand in hand they say, but this dress perfectly balance comfy and elegance!🥰

It may sound obvious, but comfortable clothing helps you stay comfortable🥰😅

Here is how I made my dress;
Materials needed

3 yards of any preferred material
Elastic band

The first step is to cut flay of the dress

Then the dress yolk (optional)
The essence of the yolk is to give it a little tightness at the upper bodies, hence, it makes the dress more fit!

After cutting the yolk( I made mine 7inches long, so it could sit exactly on my upper bust) then cut your preferred neckline, mine is a closed round neck

It’s the same at the back

The sleeve, it could be long or short but I prefer mine long, with a little firmness at the wrist

SEWING
Let’s sew the neckline, both the back and front then we go ahead to join the shoulder

The next is to join the flay to the dress yolk and fix the sleeve.

We can as well put a zipper, or a little opening at the back for ease if we don’t want the neck wide

I don’t like my neckline wide tho, so I choose a little opening at the back over a zipper

Then just a cover button to close the back

To fold the hem of the dress is the finishing process, then I have my beautiful comfy dress

I decided to run a black bias on the dress yolk, just to make it more beautiful.

And voila!
