I'm just an indie author. I don't have a huge publishing company taking care of my marketing so every event I do is a rare and beautiful thing. The Flagship Dallas Half Price Books promotes local authors each Sunday and I was ecstatic when I found out I would be their local author for the first Sunday in August.
Yesterday was the day and it was so nerve wracking! But the staff at HPB were amazing and even announced that I was in the store signing my books every thirty minutes.
