I always stop & take time to stair up af the sky & try & capture some of its beauty....it somehow slows down what has been an insanely busy night & reminds me of how much bigger the universe is than I can even wrap my brain around...and in some ways helps ease any issues or anxiety I may be having...not sure why but it always has
The moon can be so overwhelmingly breathtaking
But when the sun and the moon cross....amazing
I love to lay on the trampoline & look at it when I can not sleep...always helps
