this classification system is used to rank football teams taking part to championships and competitions based on GO/RETURN matches.
The system S04 is based on the advantage point that is given to the team that wins or gets a score outside his hometown.
-The team that wins as an external deserves 4 points (instead of 3 points like in the current system)
-The team that wins in his hometown will be rewarded with 3 points (like in the current system)
-In case of equality (draw) outside the hometown the team deserves 2 points (instead of 1 point like in the current system)
-In case of equality (draw) in his hometown the team will be rewarded with 1 point (like in the current system)
-Zero points to the team, in case of defeat
Therefore, scores in this system are distributed in a range that goes from 0 to 4, which is from where the system got its name
