Yaksaam Hermitage is a branch temple of Jikjisa Temple, the headquarters of the 8th parish of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism. Yaksaam Hermitage is a temple dedicated to Yaksha Buddha, which treats diseases in people.
It is located under Yaksabong Peak at the top of Geumosan Mountain (977m) in Gumi. It is said to have been founded during the Silla period.
