Another exciting news in Syndicate Protocol as The Foundry goes LIVE.
Players can see it in the Buildings section of the Turf panel, but operations won't be unlockable until SYNX distributions go active — which starts next week.
Here's everything you need to know about how it works.
The Foundry is the first major update with Turf, a per-player building that gives your turf resources and SYNX a direct upgrade path for your crew shards.
Two operations are available once unlocked:
Combine — Burn 3 shards of the same rarity and class to receive 1 shard of the next rarity tier, same class. If any of the 3 input shards were bound to your account, the output shard will also be bound.
Reroll — Burn 1 shard to receive 1 shard of the same rarity but a randomly different class. The bound state of the input is preserved on the output.
Both operations give you a direct path to higher rarity shards using resources your turf plots are already generating every day.
The Foundry has 4 levels, each unlocking higher rarity operations.

Shards produced by combine or reroll operations are bound to your account — they cannot be traded or transferred. They can still be used in further combine and reroll operations, and will count toward crew upgrades.
If any input shard in a combine is bound, the output is bound regardless of the other inputs.
Alongside the Foundry launch, we're making a significant change to the weekly leaderboard: Hive rewards are being replaced with SYNX starting next season.
This means leaderboard earnings will flow directly into Foundry operations, building upgrades, and future game systems — keeping the economy within Syndicate Protocol.
