Nonetheless, there is no denying that the man successfully led #Apple in spearheading the smart phone revolution via the groundbreaking introduction of the iPhone in 2007.

The quote from the interview that resonates most for me is at the very end, when Steve Jobs remarks: "The best ideas have to win. Otherwise good people don't stay."
There is something to be said about a CEO of one of the world's most valuable companies who attested to appreciating disagreement for the sake of advancing potentially disruptive ideas. There is the obvious benefit of #money in the form of increased revenues for the company by being the first to market a breakthrough product. Yet there is also the added benefit of retaining quality talent that further upholds a culture which celebrates ingenuity.
