I find it comical that generally, banks are bearish/ obstructive on blockchain technologies while at the same time have patents for them.

Take for example Bank of America which has publically been negative on the blockchain space and bitcoin yet has the most patents for it :)

Banks are national entities while bitcoin isn't constrained by geographical regions, it is a threat to the current monetary system.
