Our protagonist of the week is a 2 cost attacker from the life deck, with 3 hp, 1 magic damage and 2 speed, great to be used in low mana games
Nosso protagonista da semana é um atacante de custo 2 do deck de vida, com 3 de hp, 1 de dano magico e 2 de speed, ótimo para ser utilizado em partidas de pouca mana
This battle was ranked in the Modern format, in the Gold league, around a rating of 2500, with 19 mana at our disposal, the fire, life, earth and dragon splinters, in addition to the Silenced Summoners, Little League and Holy Protection rules

When I saw the amount of mana available, I soon thought of playing with the life deck, due to the amount of utility that this deck can provide, initially my idea was to use the Crystal Jaguar combo together with Dax
Quando vi a quantidade de mana disponível, logo pensei em jogar com o deck de vida, pela quantidade de utilidade que esse deck pode prover, inicialmente minha ideia era usar o combo de Crystal Jaguar juntamente com o Dax
However, I only realized that the rental of the Jaguar that I was playing in the last few days was over, when I went to climb the team, which made me choose to use Xenith Monk
Todavia só percebi que o aluguel do Jaguar que estava jogando nos últimos dias tinha acabado, ao ir escalar o time, o que me fez optar por utilizar o Xenith Monk
Then I chose to use Celestial Harpy, due to its very low cost, its Opportunity ability, which makes it focus on the target with the lowest hp of the enemy, in addition to True Strike, which guarantees that it always hits
Em seguida escolhi usar a Celestial Harpy, por conta do seu custo muito baixo, sua habilidade Opportunity, que a faz focar no alvo com menor hp do inimigo, além da True Strike, que garante que ela sempre acerte
As I said before, initially my idea was to use the Dax combo with the Jaguar, but even when I realized that I couldn't use the Jaguar because its lease had expired, I thought it would still be good to take the Dax for its low cost and thus increase the amount of attackers on my side
Como falei antes, inicialmente minha ideia era utilizar o combo do Dax junto do Jaguar, mas mesmo ao perceber que não poderia usar o Jaguar por o aluguel do mesmo ter expirado, considerei que ainda seria bom levar o Dax pelo seu baixo custo e assim aumentar a quantidade de atacantes do meu lado
Then I decided to use Time Mage, both to reduce the speed of the opponent's monsters and to remove their armor, helping my melee attackers
Depois resolvi utilizar a Time Mage, pra tanto reduzir a velocidade dos monstros do oponente, quanto pra tirar a armadura deles, auxiliando os meus atacantes corpo a corpo
Finally, I chose to take Stitch Leech, to attack the opponent's backline, and take advantage of its second life leech ability, to stay alive longer
Por fim escolhi levar o Stitch Leech, para atacar a backline do oponente, e se aproveitar da sua segunda habilidade life leech, pra se manter mais tempo vivo
As there was still room for one more monster in the lineup, I put our dear 0 mana cost Soul Fiend, to do the job of a meat tank
Como ainda existia espaço para mais um monstro na escalação, coloquei nosso querido custo 0 mana Soul Fiend, para fazer o trabalho de tanque de carne
The opponent's Pelacor Conjurer took me a little by surprise, however the Holy Protection helped him not to be so problematic, in addition to the fact that the opponent's monsters had their speed reduced, it helped significantly for me to be able to fit all the damage I needed on them , without them being a big threat
O Pelacor Conjurer do oponente me pegou um pouco de surpresa, todavia o Holy Protection auxiliou a ele não ser tão problemático, além disso o fato dos monstros do oponente terem suas velocidades reduzidas, auxiliou significativamente pra eu conseguir encaixar todo o dano que eu precisava neles, sem que eles fossem grande ameaças
In addition, it is worth mentioning that my initial idea of using the Jaguar would also have been very effective in this match, since as soon as the Conjurer was defeated, the following attackers would destroy themselves when carrying out their attacks on the Jaguar.
Além disso vale ressaltar, que minha ideia inicial de usar o Jaguar, também teria sido bem efetiva nessa partida, já que assim que o Conjurer fosse derrotado, os atacantes seguintes iriam se destruir ao realizarem seus ataques no Jaguar
