Lockie was 6 months old when Tim was born.
Lockie used to visit Tim's place quite often and stay for days.
They spent a lot of time with each other and eventually became best friends.
They went to the same school and used to share both happy and sad moments with each other. They were inseparable and swore to be together for the rest of their lives.
One day, while playing, Tim threw a stone which hit a person in the head and he started bleeding badly. The person went straight to Tim's father (who was Lockie's uncle also) to complain about his son. Fearing the punishment, both Lockie and Tim did not go home and stayed outside under open skies during night when both of them were barely 13.
Lockie took the responsibility of the accident to save Tim from his father.
Their friendship was growing stronger with time. After finishing high school they were separated because they had to join different colleges but that only made them realise the true value of their friendship.
A new phone had hit the market and Tim wanted to have it, so he called Lockie for his opinion and they decided to purchase it next day.
Expecting a call from Tim, Lockie did get a call early in the morning, not from him but from his brother and rushed to Tim's house where a huge crowd had gathered and in the center of that gathering was Tim, lying flat on his back ready to be taken to the graveyard.
