The number of subscribers is only relevant for the reward for snaxbountyprogram.
When calculating regular rewards, the key indicator is not just the amount of upvotes and resteem. It takes into account the weight of accounts that evaluate your post. Upvotes from hundreds of empty bot accounts will not bring you a worthy reward.
