Unconscious food addiction.
The reason to why we suddenly like a food we ate but previously didn't like is because after having been really hungry, that satisfaction of finally eating is addictive and thus we eventually like that food.
Personal theory:
We do not like "that" food specifically but we actually re-live the memory of the way it felt before puting it into our mouths. Our brain projects "that" past into the present before eating and thus remaining positive that it's a good source of nutrition. It reminds us of all the pleasure we felt. Its taste, smell, how our taste buds stimulated our dopamine section into our brain...
Note: This applies to an orgasm too. Do not masturbate for 2x weeks and you'll feel the same satisfaction/addiction. - (Males)
