数据工程实习生将成为首席技术官组织下的中央数据与分析团队的一员,并驻扎在亚洲技术中心办公室。候选人将参与数据与平台工程相关工作,包括但不限于建立数据与分析方面的平台/基础设施、维护和优化基础设施、构建数据仓库/数据湖、创建 ETL/ELT 流水线以及编排数据流水线。
Data analytic intern will be under the chief technical team, stationed at Asia technical office. Candidates will participate in analytical platform related job, not excluding building data analytical platform/ foundation,maintainance and optimize foundation, build data warehouse/ data lake, creating ETL/ELT pipeline and orchestrate data pipeline 主要职责 Main responsibility 参与设计、构建和支持首席技术官组织的产品,包括产品改进和路线图。
Participate in design, construct and support the product, including product improvement and 路线图.
参与开发我们端到端的数据平台,包括各种组件,如数据存储(AWS Redshift、AWS S3、Databricks、 Oracle、Teradata 或类似产品)、编排系统(Airflow)、数据建模和数据自动化工具(WhereScape)、 SQL 开发框架(Matillion、dbt)等。
Participate in the end to end data platform, including several item, data storage(AWS Redshift、AWS S3、Databricks、Oracle、Teradata or similar product), orchestrate system (Airflow), data 建模 and automate data tool (WhereScape), SQL develop frame (Matillion, dbt) and etc
参与交付概念验证 - 短期项目参与 - 目标是为项目使用我们的产品做出贡献,并确定可能的新解决方案来改进平台。
Participate in delivering concept proofing, short term project participation, aim is to let the project use our product to make contribution, confirming the possibility of resolving the project to improve the platform.
作为产品支持团队的一员,与产品负责人、跨产品团队和内部利益相关者合作,管理产品待办事项和产品改进。
As the product support team, with the product in charge personnel, cross product team and internal interest party to collaborate, managing the product and product improvement. 分析数据源、提出报告的最佳数据层方案,并描述数据转换。
Analyse the data source, submit report and best analytical solution, and describe data conversion 使用协作工具(如 Confluence 和 JIRA)确保文档完备。
Use the calloborate tool ( like Confluence and JIRA) to ensure completeness of file 为终端用户提供培训,并收集反馈以进行影响分析。
To train the end user, collect feedback and analyze the its affect 跟上行业最佳实践和趋势。

Necessary skill and experience

Analyse the competency and the capability to resolve the issue: Strong Analysing Capability and resolving ability, able to handle incomplete or non-perfect data, including analyse the result and apply into the real world situation 良好的沟通和人际交往技能,包括为高级管理人员做高水平演示的能力更佳。
Strong communication and interpersonal skill, including impressive presentation to the senior leadership and executive

Must possess of strong team collaboration skill

Familiar with SQL, Python, PL/SQL, Java programming language and tools will be advantage
