You don't understand, if they can, at first justifying with such words as your "offense", it will sooner or later (more exactly when needed) move to full on censorship. To be fair it was on steem, I am curious how the hivers will behave... but there is a state of dependency, aka as users we are at their mercy on an alterable blockchain. I hope you understand better the various concepts involved here.
