I read your idea, the problem is that first you need a common defense, or collaborative defense.

Because what ever you can build, in a cooperative or competitive way, if they can take it, they will.

this one of the notion of feodalist colonialism.

the problem is that the american people must realize that the federal gov, or at least those in leadership position inside the military industrial and intelligence complexe (cia@cia dod@dod fbi@fbi etc) have betrayed.
