maybe a chinese "pope" after all if they want a hierachial structure to pray (which isn't in the text) it will be 100% ccp controlled. all foreign links (which they will use as inter faith exchange) are monitored and any deviance from the other side unreported a war crime against PRC... we don't joke... how to kill those traitors to be? heheheh.
