cash is fast and secure.

cash is harder to hack !

personally, i would push digital cash to get a full meltdown of the entire system by one day, hacking the whole and leaving a chaotic trail to invade this "nation".

Are these nut cases like Lagarde completely delusional or am I missing something?

what did lagarde said and do regarding POLANSKI? she looked the other way? that create neurological trauma...
