Hade me one of them typical work days ;)
I started out with 4patients & 2 subnurses,1 team phone. All hunky dory, lets gear up and get the ship started :P
So for all of you who dont know; i am the queen, ruler of the subnurses, and most often also over the doctors...
I tell the subnurses when to eat, pee, what to do and when, yeah, hell i probably can control when they breath tooO ;)
Day starts, i send them out. I by happend stans, get 2 new patients with in 14min.. ok ok, no biggy :)
Of to the medicin room, to find a bag of blood that has leaked allll over the med.room O.o Holy macrill this is awfull, bad WRONG on so many levels, i clean it up & are some what ticked...

Everyone, now remember them numbers.....

Out the door i go, when

the heart alarm start hollering bloody murder,

i of course start running, shabang there my phone gose, I enter the room and fast see i must take over as this patients nurse is NOOO were to be seen, for the first time in my 15years as a nurse , i cant manidge to move the patient from sitting over to the bed... After movement to the bed; heart compressions starts, im loadly hollering out orders for oxygen, patient is still uncontouse, i find a puls and flush X with oxygen, i see a other nurse on my side. X retrive contouseness and i call of the emergency team.

My Amygdala is working over time^^

Patient all ok. Out the door i go.

I now need a subnurse to fix a catheter, and i cant find 1!! ?? WERE did they all go???
Hunting the hallways to find 1, in the kitchen i find 1, sort my stuff out with her.

Leaft side of my brain is going on full tilt ;)

Back to the medicin room.. NOW look at that
I now enter& a bloodbag, shoved into the sink?? I mean , hello who leaves them bags with no id or name tag laying like this???

Hello this is NOT kindergaarden O.o

Again i find all subnurse gone O.o BUT now i instead have gained a nurse? who is she &&&& WERE did she come from?? O.o

Leaft brain side screaming for help :P

Aw look at that, 5min later my subnurse shows up :D new directives
woohoo the nurse collected meds for me, shabAnG, 3 new pills featched :D
&& look at that, i now got 2 subnurses again, doooNT ask were they came from O.o LOL :P
2 hours go by, i think the nurse said, she hade to go home.. Ok thanks, happy Friday, il guess il juuust stay here? ;)
I send subnurse 1 to lunch Hmm were is number 2???? walk hallways up and down, canT for the life of me find her?? !! I mean there is a toooons of places to hide here ;)

Right side of my brain is trying to stay posetive LOL

From no were number 2 shows up, all greyish in the face, as i at some point of time during the 911 alarm, can have shooved her to featch a oxygeen mask, and she is new and got to scared to tell me she couldent find it LOL AS i hade been screaming and asking if the patient was a diabetic ;) To calm her down, i send her of to eat lunch.

All got their math in order???

For some reson im now hoovering 4 phonesO.o HOW did this happend? && were did i get them all from?

I got the coordinating ; incoming; my teams PLUS the other teams phone..
& look at that i also now have 6 more patients AS that team nurse went to lunch O.o

ooook right & leaft side of my brain is doing a hissy spass ..

Sit down , gulp some cooffee and start sorting LOL
The rest of the day went fine . ha ha ;) LOL
Sooo guys, now lets calculate, i started with 2 subnurses and 4 patients, 1phone what is the days sum up???? Hows your plus/minus and dividets doing??? ;)
