why is everyone pretending that this voting here or on the splinterlands site has any legal meaning at all?

Are we really trying to hire someone as a group of token holders as if we´re some kind of company or entity?

I can understand that the company needs to outsource costs and that the DAO account has a shitton of crypto but all of this fever dreaming doesn´t make the SPS holders a legal entity that can hire someone.
