Why exactly should the DAO pay 100k in stables for that?

it´s not the agreed area of responsibility of the DAO to solve oversupply made by the company, especially considering that most of the profit from those times hasn´t flown the the DAO but into side projects.

get real here, Matt.

• The company does not need 100k to develop this (already existing) event.
• The company does not need to get reimburst by the DAO for the prices it provides.
• The company has sources of incomes, it´s just not enough
• you need 100k $ for fiat commitments that probably have not much to do with this event.

I have no issue to vote on this. Hell, I would say transfer all the money from the DAO to the company if needed. I just want an honest and transparent leadership.
