Here's a biggie. Are you in love? Love really is at its fullest when it's mutual. If you are seriously feeling for the guy, there's a probability that he is feeling the same too. By the same token, if you're questioning your feelings and not getting any answers whenever you dig deep to try and figure out your feelings, then he's likely feeling the same thing.
