How it works
Swap HBD for SWAP.HBD or vice versa by sending any amount to

Before submitting a ticket, read on
If you received nothing and you were not refunded:
Wait. Typical delay is less than 5 minutes. The service relies on public API nodes, outages of which could delay processing.
After waiting at least an hour, submit a ticket.
If you received slightly less than expected:
There is a 0.4% fee. When converting a very small amount to HBD, the actual fee may be slightly higher due to rounding.
If you received the wrong amount:
Please submit a ticket immediately.
Allow 1 or 2 days for ticket processing.
