Well done to both of you! In my opinion, the weather was perfect for such a long and hard run. You get to cool down in a natural way. And running in the rain is underrated, it's just harder to get outside

I do like your post, and I'm letting you know ;) And I really hope you're right! It's not easy to know which horse to bet on, but that's a great thing about Hive, just use it instead of Facebook, and get

I was also a bit surprised waking up to around $1.20 on HIVE. It's amazing how technology is changing the world as we speak. I still remember hooking up my dads 28.8 modem at home, chatting on mIRC and

Thanks @steevc ! Mmmmm... Beer 😀

I just got my bike fixed, and I'm ready to test it out (again). Inspired by watching you burn rubber I guess 😄 I'll be doing more trail-biking though, looking forward to it!

It really is! :)

Very nice with the pink skies. That's the cool thing about running/training outdoor, we get to see all different parts of both nature and cities! I just posted an awesome mountain run I was on this summer.

I've also thought about the effect of uphill running. I do think the muscles in both legs and thighs get strong by this, but I'm unsure if it's beneficial when running flat, as it's another technique.

Just curious - 92m total climbing, is that a lot in your perspective? When I'm out running, that amount of climbing would be considered as "flat". Normally it's about 100-300 when I'm out. But

Running with a mask in 29 degrees must be very hard 😅 In Norway it's about 12 degrees nowadays, quite different climate you could say 😆

Oooh, where is this, which country? Do you know if it's poisonious? Or is it like the snakes we have in Norway, where it's only dangerous if you're allergic to it?

Come november, and you'll be ready! The race-day adrenaline will also give you an extra push and Power! Great work, keep pushing 💪

I agree that running with a backpack is not my favorite either. Only when doing mountain runs, then i have to use it,as the the weather change fast, and I also need clothes, nutrition and so on. Anyway,

I've never seen this figure before, but it's very cute! 😍

Put'em on and get out! 😁

It is very interesting, indeed! So you've been to Norway, cool. I guess you were in Oslo? :)

Nydelige Bergen, skuffer aldri med sine koselige gater med nydelig arkitektur! :)
