Hard question. McAfee told before he will "eat his penis for dinner" if BTC does not jump to 100,000 in 2018 and it did not happen and he is still predicting and walking with his tool around. There are alt coins which are better than Bitcoin which resolve problems, which have lower fees, faster transaction speed etc... It is question of time when people will recognize that and turn toward them. There are also pump and dump ponzi alt coin schemes too.
