The solution I have in mind - to implement the option to "power up" HBD.
The "staked HBD" is to be used together with the "staked Hive" for calculating vesting shares.
For the purpose of this calculating 1 HBD is always worth 1 USD, no haircut here.
This will create the intensity to buy and power up HBD in case it's traded below 1 USD.
The 10% haircut rule should remain, but for the liquid HBD only.
