समाधिनिर्धूतमलस्य चेतसो निवेशितस्यात्मनि यत्सुखं भवेत्।
न शक्यते वर्णयितुं गिरा तदा स्वयं तदन्तःकरणेन गृह्यते।।१।।
This is the word of Upanishad.
The person who has lost consciousness from the Samadhiyog, the self that is the soul, who has put the mind in the divine, is the one who has the pleasure of the yoga of the divine. It can not be said by the voice because the soul accepts that joy from its interaction. The meaning of the word worship is to be proximal. Everything that has to be done with Ashtanga Yoga, to be proximate of God and to be omnipresent, universally direct. Namely-
