Day 39/366 Y2024-I Found Caterpie

Good day nature lover, I just want to share this amazing encounter with an amazing creature.

Last Sunday After the mass , me and my son went outside the church . We saw a butterfly and as a normal reaction for kids , he chased the butterfly. The Butterfly took us on a bush just outside the church. The bush have a white little flower around it. I really don't know what this flower was called.

So as I was looking at this bush, something caught my attention. I saw a green pigment in between the small branches, and I'm pretty sure it was not a leaf.

Upon closer inspection, I confirmed that it was a beautiful green caterpillar just sticking in the branches of the bush. I was so amazed by this creature , It's been a while since the last time that I saw a caterpillar.

Good thing my phone was able to deliver a decent shots. After taking pictures ,I showed it to my son. At first he was scared , but I explained to him that this little things will soon become a butterfly like the one he was chasing a while back.

This is it for my little sharing , I hope you liked the pictures that I shared. Hoping I would see more beautiful insects in the future and will be able to share them here for us to appreciate them together.
