And they lay wait for their own blood;
they lurk privily for their own lives.
Those people or individuals who are conspiring to kill others are hastening their own death. King Solomon's son was warned by his father against bloodthirsty conspirators, who for financial gain would take the lives of others. ( Proverbs 1:10–19 ). Men's lives are protected by God, The Creator, and He gave an inspired warning here which is: "What goes around comes around", and that includes murder. ( Genesis 9:5–6 ).
King Solomon was well aware of the fact that his son could be tempted by political conspiracies for the sole purpose of stealing people's wealth by murdering them. Let's look at the below Scripture...
In order to take possession of Naboth's vineyard for her husband Ahab, Jezebel had Naboth killed. Queen Jezebel was eaten by dogs and King Ahab’s blood was licked from his chariot by said dogs. In the long run their conspiracy of murder did not work. Instead it brought about their own violent and bloody deaths. Do you remember Haman? The very gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai he died on. ( Esther 7:8–10).
The evil that wicked men do to others is punished for by God. He punishes these wicked men. God rules over sinners. Look below to see what David wrote...
If you want to see the many proof's of divine judgement in kind, see below Scriptures.
No matter if it appears that men get away with their evil crimes, or no matter how well laid out their evil plans are, they will be "gotten" by The Lord of vengeance. There is no evil that occurs that God has not purposed to overrule for His own purposes and glory. But woe to the individual by whom that evil which is ordained is committed. ( See below Scripture ).
Sinner! Go ahead! Cover your tracks. Go plan your evil. Go and commit your crime! There will be hell to pay because the truth is coming out. Be sure that your sin will find you out. ( Numbers 32:23 ). Refer to this Scripture below to see what David thought he could do...
Sinner! You think because nothing has happened for a few years that you have gotten away with murder? Think again! Below Scripture shows what God has to say to you...
Reader, repent for any sins against the life, the blood and reputation of any person. Yes you read correctly, even their reputations! Unjustified name calling or unjustified name calling is considered, by The Lord, to be a violation of the 6th commandment which is, "Thou shalt not kill". Every life that you can protect, do it! Every violent person and every hateful person that can be exposed, do it! Choose peace, gentleness and love as your way of life dear reader.
