If they say, Come with us, let us lay wait for blood, let us lurk privily for the innocent without cause
A great danger to youth are evil friends. Even the strong and resolved are moulded and bent to ruin via peer pressure. The warning was begun in Psalm by David. King Solomon began Proverbs in the same way. This warning was stated: “My son, if sinners entice thee, consent thou not”. ( Proverbs 1:10 ). Hate the vise to avoid being twisted!
Via a graphic invitation to join a band of cutthroats, King Solomon's warning was illustrated. Their greed and cruelty can hardly be matched. The ruin that they are headed for does not affect them. Few people would be enticed by an offer to, for no reason, murder innocent people. However, no better is enticement by any sinner.

Like the Pied Piper's horn, the first word, "Come with us", is damning in the end and difficult to resist.
Come, today we are going places.
Come, we are always busy doing exciting things!
Come, we have planned activities that if you don't come with us you will miss.
Why be bored with your strict and simple life?
Why stay at home and be boring and dull?
There are things to do and there are places to go that'll fill your life with excitement and adventure!

"Come with us"
The second word speaks of unity, acceptance, approval, friendship and belonging. Come, we can be together. You can be a part of a tight circle of friends! Never again will you be lonely. We will be invincible! Our assets and abilities we will co-mingle together. Why would you want to live life alone? Never will you ever be anything alone! We can all enter the wide gate together!

The desirability of the association is declared in the third word. We are popular and we are well known. We have achieved and accomplished great things, and we are going to do more! The fastest growing church in the city is ours. We have influence and we have a name. We have tradition and antiquity with us. In your small group you are nothing!
Dear reader, the bait has been offered. Who can resist these three words, "Come with us"? By stating their wicked activities bluntly, King Somonon exposed sinners. Such profane goals are seldom declared upfront by evil men. But in the sight of God, all rebellion and sin are the same, no matter how socially acceptable. Such a calloused invitation is usually hidden because most would reject it upfront.
Reader listen if you have ears!
If sinners entice thee, consent thou not
Walk not thou in the way with them; refrain thy foot from their path
Do not lie to yourself. Ignore their threats, invitations or charms. They will corrupt you! Guarenteed! Get away, get far away unless you want blood on your hands.
