Very painful bro. Very painful. I so understand it and especially as son. It is tough. I face it with my dad per day and my mum died from nowhere. But there is hope in this case and breakthrough. The surgery goes well and I don’t know other words to say. I will pray at least and there will be positives. Jehovah help and bless you. I will play my role, just delayed but I play it still.
