The proponents of the scouting movement
The main objective of scouting is to develop the physical, mental, moral, intellectual and social attributes of children, adolescents, and make them family, society, and world's good citizens. Scouts are required to be members of the scout movement through practice, affirmation and initiation in accordance with the rules set out by Lord Baden Powell, founder of movement.
