Starting Point: Look Forward
Sometimes there are things you want/need to cut from life. These habits that you have that don't help you in your life, whether its everyday things, food and etc. If you want to change for the better, you have to break free of those habits to get better. Improving yourself will help you in the end.
First Task of the Day: Making your bed. When you've made your bed, you've just accomplished a small victory.
The smallest tasks you've accomplished will soon become bigger, the bigger the tasks, the more accomplishment and pride you will feel.
Create new habits.
What is hard about it:
Don't wait, if you wait...you are wasting time. No one can help you expect yourself. Slowly take action, change yourself. If you take risks, never give up because even though life isn't fair. Take full responsibility.
