From the list, I think you're more of a person who knows the value of money than a scrooge. Scrooges can never be generous givers. Your upbringing, although laced with financial difficulties has shaped you into who you are today and that's a good thing. I flunctuafd between being a shrewd spender and a spendthrift. Sometimes I wonder where all my money have gone and sometimes I save up, depending on the situation. My elder brother taught me this art:
- for every earning you make, spend 60% and save 40%. As I started reaping the benefits of saving money no one told me to spend only 40% and save 60%. Being frugal with money is a good thing.
