Hello everyone! Today you will be hearing some fun facts about jellyfish!
#1 Jellyfish are not a fish, they are plankton, and they don't have bones, a brain, or even a heart. :(
#2 Jellyfish eat and poop out of the same hole......
#3 A big swarm of jellyfish is called a "smack" a "swarm" or a "bloom"!
#4 You can eat them! Japan has taken some jellyfish and made into a candy! Cool right?!
#5 We know that the human body has 70% water in it right? Well for jellyfish it's 98% water! Crazy! (Idk what the rest of that 2% is.)
#6 The worlds most poisonous jellyfish is called the "Box Jellyfish" But I like to call it "The most deadly jellyfish in the world MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!!"
#7 The thing is that (they say) jellyfish have been on this earth for about 650 million years yet not having any brains gives hope to many people.
(The 650 million years thing might not be true. That's just what I read.)
