THE DRUG TRAFFICKERS
One day, Chief Jadu called Bamu and advised him to join him in the drug trafficking business. He told him that he loved him and would want him to do a more viable business. He said if he could venture into it, he would be very rich.
Meanwhile all countries worldwide frowned at drug trafficking and so legislated against it. It carried a heavy punishment. In factin some countries, any one caught in such business risked death penalty while some would be sentenced to life imprisonment.
Nonetheless, the business was still attractive because of its financial benefit. A small quantity would sell for a huge amount. That was why many people preferred to risk their lives to go into it.
With people like Chief Jadu in such kind of
business, it used to be business as usual for many corrupt staff of the law enforcement agencies. Instead of prosecuting offenders when caught, they resorted to bribe collection and after a while, released them. Through his dirty deals, Chief Jadu succeeded in corrupting many undisciplined officers as he bought them over with money. Many invariably had neglected their constitutional duties to become errand boys for Chief Jadu.
Therefore, with strong assurances from
Chief Jadu, Bamu was eonvinced enough to go into the drug trafficking business. He asked several questions which Chief Jadu explained extensively. Along the line, Chief Jadu made Bamu know that it Was nOt necessary he carried the drug by himself provided he had boys he trusted to carry the drugs for him. At that juncture, Bamu sensed that Pade and Jagua could be useful in that regard. Then he
thanked Chief J adu for the advice and promised to get back to him soon.
Later, Bamu told Pade and J agua about the new deal. Having considered the potential gains, they were delighted and agreed to it.
Not long after, Bamu presented Fade and Jagua to ChiefJadu as his boys They were both glad to meet Chief Jadu Chief Jadu explained further on the deal to Pade and Jagua. He told them then implication but assured them that there will not be any trouble.
'Hard drugs are contrabands, whoever is caught in the deal would be arrested and prosecuted he never bothered , I have all the connections needed to free any one caught among you. The most important thing is that you must take extra caution when carrying drugs'
Chief Jadu further inform them about the various methods being used to carry drugs so as to allow them choose Which method they would prefer.
'At times, surgical Operation could be
performed on you and wraps of drugs kept in your body. It could be that you Swallow the wrap of drugs and later vomit it over there and you may hide it in any other part of your body.
Pade and Jagua preferred to swallow it so they soon left for America, trafficking drugs.
Fortunately, they were lucky to have a successful trip. When they returned, they came with a very large sum of money. They had more successful trips abroad thereafter and they all became rich. They bought beautiful cars, lived in very beautiful houses and spent money lavishly always.
