Sometimes children's whims should be fulfilled.However in this summer, food should be eaten carefully because many people are getting sick in this summer.It is better to eat healthy home-cooked food in this summer.You should avoid oily foods in this heat, but you can occasionally eat healthy homemade food.Sometimes we we have to fulfill the whims of children.

Today again the weather in our region is very hot.At present we see very little rain.Only rain can give us peace at this time.However, even though everyone is restless in the heat, no one stops eating😆.

The people of this region are foodies.My children also sometimes ask for traditional food.However, most of the traditional food in our country has to be prepared with oil.Although oily food is harmful to the body in this summer, foodies are reluctant to hear this.My children are also becoming foodies these days.

So this afternoon, my children asked me to make a traditional Bengali dish.The dish is made with green chillies, onions and other spices.The main ingredient of the dish is flour.The last dish has to be fried in oil.So preparing this dish for the kids this afternoon was one of my main tasks.

After finishing the food, I walked along the road of the environment.Evening was approaching.So while walking along the road, another important and challenging task was to clean the road of the environment.It was challenging for me to clear the road at this time because I had to perform Maghrib prayer again.

However cleaning the garbage from the streets of the environment was a very important task, so I had to do it.I cleaned the street before Maghrib prayer and put the garbage in a bag.After putting the garbage in the bag, I prayed because it was prayer time.After finishing the prayer, I took a picture of myself and put the garbage bag in the dustbin.

So friends this was my activity for today.No matter how busy you are, cleaning the environment and nature is also a very important task so do this task.Your good actions will help create a better planet. The pictures below bear witness to the environmental cleanup efforts.
