Due to the extreme heat we fall behind in our work because no work is done in a hurry in the heat.As a mother we always have to be busy but this busyness increases twice as much due to the heat.Today, the highest temperature in our country was 41 degrees Celsius.This is why we are restless, but the highest temperature recorded in our country is up to 44 degrees.It's difficult to protect everyone's health in this summer.
I have to think about my children and family because they need to take care of their health in this summer.I have to eat the right food in this summer otherwise anyone can get sick so be careful.Our only hope at home is a fan but due to excessive load shedding we are not even able to sleep properly at night.During the day, when there is load shedding, we can take shelter in natural places to escape the heat, but at night it is more of a problem.
The daylight is showing its intensity and there is no sign of heavy rain, which is very worrying.When you look at the sky during the day, it seems like the sun is pouring all its heat on this country.During this time of summer, we are really restless. Every moment our body sweats, which is very dangerous.Due to excessive heat and sweating, we cannot function properly and are lagging behind in everything.We need to drink water every moment, but it is not possible to keep our bodies wet all the time.
I feel like I'm always soaking my body in water to escape the heat but it's not always possible to take a bath.Cooking by the stove is more difficult in this summer, but food is needed to survive.Keeping boys healthy in this summer is a big challenge.
But to survive, we have to work hard.We have to cook for the family, but doing outdoor work becomes very difficult.For example, I walk outside all the time, but now it is difficult to walk outside in the excessive heat.I try to clean the garbage from the environment and nature while walking.But even doing cleaning work in the sunlight is a problem.
However to live beautifully and healthily, we have to move forward, leaving all natural disasters behind.Even in natural disasters, cleaning the environment of garbage is very important because we live in this environment.So yesterday I cleaned up the garbage from the environment around us, but I couldn't share it yesterday due to my busy schedule.
